1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (https://magyar iptv.com) or subscribing to the streaming packages offered by magyar iptv, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site or purchasing our services.
2. Subscription Usage & Device Limits
Your magyar iptv subscription is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Each subscription provides access for one (1) active connection at a time, unless you have explicitly purchased a multi-device connection package.
WARNING: Sharing your login credentials (M3U links or Xtream Codes API passwords) or streaming on more devices than permitted under your active plan will trigger automatic server blocking. Sharing or reselling credentials will lead to immediate account suspension without refund.
3. Streaming Availability & Latency
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our server nodes. However, streaming quality and channel availability depend heavily on factors outside of our control, including:
- Your home internet speed and local Wi-Fi stability. (A minimum of 25 Mbps is required for 4K streaming).
- Routing congestion caused by your local Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Temporary ISP throttling of streaming links. In such cases, we recommend using a premium VPN to encrypt your traffic.
4. Payment Policy & Account Renewals
Subscriptions are paid upfront for the chosen duration (3, 6, or 12 months) and do NOT auto-renew. To extend your service, you must manually purchase a renewal before your expiration date. All purchases are processed securely via encrypted gateways.
5. Age Restrictions
By ordering a subscription from magyar iptv, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
magyar iptv provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain complete channel availability and update our VOD library daily, broadcasts may occasionally be updated, added, or removed without prior notice due to server maintenance or feed updates.
